• All services are provided under written agreements specifying scope, deliverables, and timelines
• Service modifications require written approval from both parties
• Cancellation terms are outlined in individual service agreements
• Ongoing service contracts may be terminated with 30 days written notice

Our consulting services include SOC 2® audits, penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, and compliance consulting. The following terms apply:

Security awareness training and educational programs are subject to the following return policy:

• Training sessions may be rescheduled with 48 hours notice at no additional charge
• Cancellations within 48 hours of scheduled training may incur a 50% fee
• Digital training materials are non-refundable once accessed
• Unused training credits may be applied to future sessions within 12 months
